The candidate demonstrates skill at a range of extended and complex sentence structures, with skilful usage of complex conjunctions and adequate signposting of discourse markers.
Piquantly, the candidate demonstrates considerable flexibility in lexical resource, with precise usage of more sophisticated and uncommon lexis.
Unfortunately the candidate also makes a few persistent errors, notably in parsing, preposition usage, and determiners.
Taken on the whole this essay is very near 7.0 to 7.5 yet has just enough errors to lower performance to the 7.0 and possibly 6.5 range.
😍 The margin, for error, decreases, the higher one goes.
